My meditation & mindfulness classes are designed to relax you, advise you, and help you manage anything from everyday stresses to negative thoughts, improving your well-being, mentally & physically.
I use guided breathing (also known as meditation) during my sessions to relax & calm the body and ground you back to the present.
I share different self-care tips & knowledge every session, giving you the motivation to improve your mindset.
These sessions are fun, friendly, non-judgemental and are guaranteed to promote positivity.
My in-person sessions are available in Leeds and surrounding areas. Virtual sessions are also available.

Virtual prices start from just £3 per person per group session or private one to one sessions from just £15.
